Growing up on a diet of 80s electro and 90s house, Aura has cultivated an appetite for EDM, House and Techno music and has a bona fide addiction to bass. It was this passion that ultimately led Aura to finally get behind the decks for herself. Aura has honed her skills with the continued help of DJ Mark One and the School of Electronic Music, and can be found on the decks at every available moment. She draws inspiration from the likes of Carl Cox, Amelie Lens and Adriatique.” https://www.instagram.com/aura_sounds/ >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hour 3: TURKANA We’re absolutely psyched to welcome Turkana to the show - we caught her Anti-Mass Boiler Room set and were blown away. Hour 1:
MEVS

"Hailing from the channel island of Jersey, Mevs first started collecting and playing gabba and hard techno in his teens after discovering the infamous Thunderdome compilation series, and would later go on to collect and play hiphop, breakbeat and drum n bass. Since moving to Manchester over a decade ago, he become involved in the local queer scene and has played open-format sets at Bollox and Kiss Me Again, as well as becoming a regular face at Manc techno institution Meat Free. The last 5 years have seen him quietly refining his sound, a blend of tough percussive beats with rave and hiphop elements that can't fail to make your body move."
